Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end operations for large ICT projects in South Jakarta, Indonesia. You will coordinate demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution while aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in supply chain or logistics, with experience in multinational ICT environments, BCM, and international shipping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
• Minimum 3 years leading large-scale project supply management.
• Experience in ICT, telecommunications, technology, logistics or large multinational supply chains.
• Experience in tier-one multinational with high-volume operations and international logistics.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge incl. demand planning, procurement, order management, inventory, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and trade.
• BCM knowledge, import and customs processes, logistics cost optimization, and risk management.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management and communication.
• English proficiency mandatory; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities including demand planning, ordering, fulfillment, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
• Design and manage fulfillment strategies for large-scale customer projects during bidding, implementation, and delivery.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, logistics, planning, finance, sales, and project management teams.
• Oversee high-volume order fulfillment and inventory movements with accuracy and quality.
• Monitor capacity, lead times, logistics performance, and project milestones to mitigate risks.
• Manage BCM, import and customs issues, bottlenecks, and disruption risks.
• Analyze performance and costs to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and strategic recommendations for senior management and regional stakeholders.
