Job summary

Zurich Insurance is seeking a senior HR professional in Indonesia to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related matters. You will translate business strategies into HR programs and manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring strong employee relations and data-driven decision-making.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in HR and a proven ability to partner across all levels, with expertise in compensation practices,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in the Human Resources area.
• Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, federal and state employment laws.
• Problem diagnosis experience, including organization change management, human capital planning and employee relations.
• Facilitation skills.
• Basic business acumen that includes general operational processes, financial management and business planning knowledge.
• Strong ability to partner and build credibility at all levels.
• Strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters.
• Translate business strategies into effective HR strategies, programs, and initiatives.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
• Provide guidance and solutions on employee relations and industrial relations matters.
• Drive the implementation of performance management, talent management, and succession planning processes.
• Support workforce planning, manpower analysis, and organizational design initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Address and resolve HR-related issues that may impact employee morale, productivity, and business performance.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
