Job summary

PT Fleksindo Wijaya Teknik is hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment, training, performance and compensation in a manufacturing setting on Jakarta's industrial floor.

You will ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, manage industrial relations and unions, and partner with management on workforce planning and development. This on-site role requires strong leadership and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on with the production team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience (Manager) or 3 years (Assistant Manager) in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and proven experience in managing industrial relations and labor unions.
• Hands-on experience in handling full-spectrum HR functions (end-to-end).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Capable of operating both strategically and operationally.
• Willing to be based on-site and engage directly with the production floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Handle Industrial Relations matters, including communication with labor unions, CLA/PKB negotiations, and labor dispute resolution.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with business goals.
• Act as a strategic business partner to management on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Prepare HR reports for internal stakeholders and government authorities (e.g., labor office, auditors).
• Promote a positive workplace environment and employee engagement across all departments.
