Job summary

You will lead the full HR function, support workforce planning and organizational development, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure compliant HR operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HRM/Business Admin/Management/Psychology, 8–10 years in HR with strong generalist experience, and proven ability to build HR policies,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, business administration, management, or psychology.
• 8–10 years of experience in Human Resources with solid managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and compliance.
• Experience in factory/manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into HR strategies.
