PT mHealthBank Rising Care is seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented professional to support the Head of Client Strategy & Growth in executing strategic, analytical, and operational priorities for the B2B Department. The role serves as an internal business partner translating strategy into actionable initiatives and driving cross-functional execution across key workstreams.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, client success, or consulting.
Healthcare, insurance, or tech background is a plus.
Strong analytical and structured thinking.
Confident communicator with solid presentation, storytelling, and follow-up skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

Structure and drive new business opportunities or strategic initiatives—including ideation, revenue sizing, proposal development, and go-to-market planning.
Prepare presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., pitch decks and strategic updates).
Help track and push forward pilot programs or innovation projects, working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery.
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables and initiatives.
Maintain structured trackers, documentation, and follow-ups on client-related workstreams.
Consolidate and prepare materials for business reviews, both internal and client-facing.
