• Proven consulting experience at a top-rated firm or equivalent business management experience.
• Strong analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills with data.
• Strong presence and communication skills—interpersonal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop relevant and value-creating analysis and insight for our clients.
• Build strategies, propositions and operating models independently or with a team.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to identify client issues.
• Synthesize analysis into clear proposals and recommendations for steering committee presentations.
• Handle project management responsibilities for small to medium engagements; identify staffing and analyses.
• Develop effective relationships with mid to senior level client management.
• Implement strategies to achieve goals and advise client executives; maintain ongoing relationships.
• Support MasterCard Advisors and local market account teams in client relationship management and business development.
