Boston Consulting Group is seeking a SEA Client Development Senior Lead to build relationships with government-related clients, drive proposal development, and oversee contracting and invoicing processes. You will engage with ministries and SOEs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliant submissions.

The role is based in Southeast Asia, collaborating with the Finance team and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in professional services or consulting environment.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop proposals and manage contracting and invoicing workflow.
• Engage with government-related clients and lead follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to craft compliant responses.
• Support event planning, seminars, and client workshops.
