You will own workstreams, frame issues, build recommendations, and serve as the day-to-day client contact to sustain change.

This role emphasizes execution over advisory work, with opportunities to shape proposals, present to senior leaders, and contribute to new business development.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of post-graduate work experience is valued.
• Experience in transformation, operational improvement, or implementation initiatives is valued.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Own analysis and problem-solving for defined workstreams within a project — from framing the issue to building the recommendation
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for client counterparts, building the trust needed to drive change inside complex client organizations
• Present progress and recommendations directly to project leadership, shaping how findings get communicated to the client
• Contribute to new business development, including shaping case proposals for assigned engagements
