Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including strategy consulting and leading teams of consultants.
• Experience solving complex business problems and devising business strategies with quantitative analysis and clear communication.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and structured thinking capabilities.
• Solid business acumen, commercial instincts and judgement.
• Team player, open and positive in group dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role on client engagements, defining client needs and supervising data collection.
• Lead project teams of consultants to design and develop long-term business strategies enhancing shareholder value.
• Oversee hypotheses formulation and advanced financial analysis of client, competitor, and industry data.
• Apply business principles to develop actionable recommendations and supervise due diligence, product development, and change management studies.
• Manage client contact and maintain high-level client relationships.
• Lead proposals and other business development activities.
