Alcon Indonesia is seeking a Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Planning Management to lead the planning organization, align demand with production capacity, and optimize inventory and working capital.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership and experience with SAP IBP in a regulated environment. You will spearhead master production scheduling, supplier coordination, and performance governance while mentoring a high-performing team to deliver on site commitments and continuous improvement

Formación

• 8–10 years of managerial experience in supply chain planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the supply chain planning organization and translate priorities into planning objectives.
• Own end-to-end supply planning to balance service, capacity, and working capital.
• Develop master production schedules and detailed supply plans based on demand and constraints.
• Set inventory targets and replenishment strategies to protect supply continuity.
• Lead weekly supply reviews and drive recovery plans for shortages or delays.
• Build a high-performing planning team and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
