Job summary

PT PERDANA TRIMITRA LAKSANA is seeking a seasoned Cost Controller to manage annual budgeting and forecasting across departments and outlets in Jakarta. You will monitor variances, analyze costs, and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency.

The role requires strong Excel and financial reporting skills, with at least 5 years in cost control within F&B or multi-outlet environments. Collaboration with Finance, Ops, Procurement and other teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cost control experience in F&B or multi-outlet businesses.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis capabilities.
• Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual budgeting and forecasting across departments and outlets.
• Monitor budget realization, analyze variances and recommend actions.
• Control operating expenses including food cost, COGS, labor cost, procurement.
• Prepare cost reports and provide insights to management.
