Job summary

PT Inovasi Karya International is seeking an FP&A professional to analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow. The role owns budgeting, variances, and modeling for forecasting and investment analysis, with monthly KPI calculations and performance reviews.

You will drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting and approve payments using secure tokens. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with 3 years FP&A experience, strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3 years of FP&A, finance, or business analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Independent with a business-partnering mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and cashflow.
• Budgeting; monitor budget utilization and variances.
• Build financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
• Calculate KPI every month (5 days after closing).
• Measure business performance against strategic objectives.
• Recommend corrective actions when targets are not met.
• Improve financial planning and reporting processes.
• Approve every payment using token.
