• 5+ years in Financial Industry or Consulting with leadership in complex projects.
• Experience with risk management exposure and governance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong coordination and communication.
• Excellent English language skills and presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Understand business priorities and translate into actionable project roadmaps.
• Define scope, governance, and processes for disciplined execution.
• Oversee timely, within-scope delivery of concurrent projects.
• Report progress, risks, and updates to senior management clearly.
• Collaborate with Product, Treasury, Finance, Operations, Business, Marketing, Compliance, Risk.
• Provide hands-on support across all project stages from coordination to monitoring.
• Track milestones and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
