Job summary

Taxsam is seeking a qualified and motivated business consultant to assess and reform business operations, implement projects and structuring models that instill clients and stakeholder confidence. You will apply practical financial analysis to perform complex analysis across investment banking, private equity, M&A, feasibility studies, and corporate finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related fields; master's or CFA/FMVA is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in business consulting or related field.
• Knowledge across marketing, human capital, operations, etc.
• Excellent Excel skills with charts and macros.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial terminology (DCF, P&L, etc).

Responsibilities

• Assess business needs and opportunities, evaluate portfolio options, present research findings, and make recommendations to advise clients.
• Provide predictive forecasts and present easy-to-understand models for clients.
• Research macroeconomic and microeconomic conditions to support financial assumptions.
• Calculate and analyze project costs, revenues, cash flows, and profit/loss.
• Evaluate capital expenditure, operating expenditure and asset depreciation.
• Establish and evaluate records, statements, and profit plans.
• Evaluate investment feasibility with indicators (NPV, IRR, PI, B/C, Net Profit Analisis).
• Identify corporate performance trends and risk, and provide recommendations.
