Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including payables/receivables and cash flow.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure stability.
• Conduct financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions per accounting standards.
• Manage tax-related matters and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Establish and maintain financial controls to minimize risks.
• Collaborate with management to monitor performance and identify cost optimization.

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee the company’s financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, tax compliance, and financial controls. You will work closely with management to support financial planning and business decisions.

Responsibilities.

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Develop, manage, and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure the company’s financial stability and operational needs.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support management decision-making and business planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage tax-related matters and ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls, processes, and procedures to minimize financial risks.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting, or a similar role, with experience in a supervisory or managerial position preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and financial reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with accounting or financial management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
