Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Lembongan is seeking a strategic Finance & Accounting leader to drive property-wide financial planning and performance. You will champion budgeting, reporting, and risk management while aligning with brand standards and guest service excellence.

In this management role, you’ll lead the finance team, oversee taxes, audits, and internal controls, and provide strategic insights to maximize ROI and profitability for the hotel project opening in Q1 2027.

Qualifications

4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 2 years experience in the finance and accounting area.
Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

Engages in strategic planning and decision making; analyzes financial data and forecasts budgets.
Leads accounting teams; assigns accountability and ensures performance.
Develops and maintains finance goals; submits timely reports and ensures P&L accuracy.
Manages taxes, audits, and compliance with SOPs/LSOPs.
Advises GM and executive team on financial issues; facilitates owner meetings and ROI discussions.
Ensures cross-training and development plans for team members.
