Courtyard by Marriott Bali resort seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, compensation, training and employee relations on-site at Nusa Lembongan. You will partner with property leaders to deliver compliant HR services and sustain business success.

The role emphasizes interview support, external sourcing, onboarding, benefits administration, and development programs, with a focus on consistent policy application and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in HR, management operations, or related area.
• 2-year degree in HR, business administration, or related major; 1 year experience in HR, management operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Assists in interviewing and hiring HR employee team members with appropriate skills as needed.
• Establishes and maintains contact with external recruitment sources.
• Attends job fairs and ensures documentation of outreach efforts per SOP.
• Networks with local organizations to source candidates for current or future openings.
• Oversees/monitors candidate identification and selection process.
• Provides subject matter expertise to property managers regarding selection procedures.
• Partners with vendors to ensure effective advertisement for open positions in appropriate venues.
• Performs quality control on candidate identification/selection.
• Works with unemployment services provider to respond to unemployment claims; audits reports.
