Job summary

DANA Indonesia is looking for a senior finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting, from month-end and year-end closing to audit and tax support, ensuring PSAK-compliant processes and continuous improvement.

You will prepare and review monthly financial statements, journal entries, and the accounts payable process; serve as the primary liaison for external audits, support tax audits, and drive cross-functional improvements and SOP development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8–10 years of finance experience; 3–4 years in a managerial role.
• Big 4 public accounting background plus in-house financial management experience.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian PSAK.
• Expertise in month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and complex reconciliations.
• Experience as primary liaison for external audits and supporting tax audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review journal entries.
• Oversee accounts payable (vendor invoices).
• Act as audit liaison and support tax audits.
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and internal policies.
• Regularly review financial processes and systems for improvements and efficiency.
• Prepare and review SOPs for critical processes.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Support ad-hoc projects assigned by senior leadership.
