Job summary

Pinhome is seeking a Strategic Finance & Analysis professional to join the CoFounder Office in Jakarta. You will develop financial models, analyze unit economics, and own budgeting and ROI evaluations across property, home services, and new markets.

You will create investor-ready materials and provide decision support at the highest level. The role requires strong analytical acumen, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in ambiguity while coordinating with cross-functional leaders including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with strong academic performance.
• 1–3 years of experience; fresh graduates with exceptional credentials are welcome.
• Experience in financial modeling, business analysis, or strategic consulting.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models for M&A, JV partnerships, and ROI analyses across verticals.
• Lead unit economics analysis, operating models, and budgeting tracking.
• Develop investor-ready materials and support board reporting.
• Translate data into decision-ready insights for CSO and CEO.
