Sun Life is seeking an experienced Facilities Leader to drive efficient workplace services, strong governance, and cost optimization in Jakarta. You will manage vendor contracts, asset lifecycle, and BCM initiatives while coordinating records and security across the organization.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience with 3–5 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in financial services or multinational settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Facility Management, Finance, or related.
• Professional certifications in Facility Management, Business Continuity Management, Project Management, or Workplace Management are an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Experience within financial services, insurance, banking, multinational corporations, or professional services environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient delivery of workplace support services in alignment with business needs and employee experience objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract administration, performance monitoring, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead governance and oversight of physical fixed assets, including asset lifecycle management, inventory control, physical verification, movement, and disposal activities.
• Manage FM-related Accounts Payable activities, invoice validation, budget tracking, and payment administration.
• Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Oversee workplace security controls, including access control systems, visitor management processes, and CCTV governance.
• Coordinate Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities, exercises, and crisis preparedness programs.
• Manage records management programs, ensuring compliance with our company policies and regulatory requirements.
