Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of external affairs or government relations experience.
• Experience in mining/resources or large-scale industrial development preferred.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic engagement plans.
• Strong stakeholder management across government, communities and civil society.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external affairs strategies for the IKIP Project's industrial estate.
• Manage relationships with local, provincial and national government agencies to ensure regulatory support.
• Oversee community engagement and maintain positive relations with affected communities.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders including community leaders and indigenous groups to address concerns.
• Monitor regulatory and social landscapes to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders on external affairs.
