Job summary

The Royal Beach Seminyak Resort Bali, Autograph Collection is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the property's sales and marketing strategy in Denpasar, Bali. This role focuses on achieving booking targets through proactive and reactive sales efforts and building long-term, value-based client relationships.

You will manage the marketing budget, develop property-specific campaigns, and collaborate with regional teams to maximize revenue across channels.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years sales/marketing experience.
• 4-year bachelor's degree; 2 years experience in sales and marketing.
• Preferred: hotel industry experience and progression in sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property's sales department and develop strategic account plans.
• Manage reactive and proactive sales activities and marketing campaigns.
• Guide and coach the sales team to meet booking and revenue goals.
