Job summary

Durianpay Indonesia is seeking a customer relationship manager to build strong relationships with enterprise customers. You will ensure they understand our product suite and facilitate its adoption while maintaining smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer relationship building, especially in fintech, and should be fluent in English and Bahasa. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as a willingness to work on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in building customer relationships, preferably in fintech.
• Business fluency in English and Bahasa.
• Ability to create documentation such as FAQs, SOPs, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers.
• Help customers understand and adopt our product suite.
