Job summary

Durianpay is seeking a customer success specialist in Indonesia to build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers. You will guide merchants through Durianpay's products and features, acting as the bridge between merchants and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, API awareness, and ability to adapt tone to the audience. Weekend/night shifts may be required, with a focus on customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (fintech is a plus).
• Business-level fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; adaptable to audience.
• Familiar with APIs and system integration.
• Solid product knowledge; understands features, limitations, and integration points.
• Acts as a bridge between merchants and product/tech teams.
• Detail-oriented, agile, and analytical.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers.
• Guide merchants in adopting and understanding Durianpay's products and features.
• Act as the main point of contact between merchants and internal teams (Tech, Product, Business Development).
• Conduct regular check-ins and review sessions with customers to identify needs and opportunities.
• Mediate issues calmly and professionally, offering clear and empathetic communication.
• Provide feedback and maintain helpful documentation like FAQs and knowledge bases.
