Job summary

Techconnect.id seeks an IT Enterprise Architect Manager to lead architecture governance and execution through a PMO. You will own the application portfolio, guide cross-border infrastructure decisions, and drive a 3–5 year technology roadmap aligned to business goals.

You will define strategy, manage standards, and lead M&A IT integrations with a strong focus on API-led, cloud-native, and data-centric architectures. This role requires 12–15+ years of experience and a proven PMO track record.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
• Ownership of application portfolios and multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Proven track record leading large-scale M&A IT integrations and legacy modernization.
• Experience building and leading an IT PMO with hybrid delivery governance.
• Hands-on expertise in composable/API-led and event-driven architecture patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy and a 3–5 year roadmap.
• Manage and evolve the enterprise application portfolio and infrastructure standards.
• Lead IT integration for M&A activity and modernize legacy systems.
• Build and lead the IT PMO with compliance to governance and EVM.
• Design data pipelines ready for ML/Generative AI use cases.
• Drive multi-cloud architecture and IaC with GitOps delivery.
