Moladin seeks a Mid to Senior Level Data Analyst to partner with management and operations. You will bridge transactional data with executive decisions by designing strategic dashboards and reconciling metrics across departments.

You will leverage our data ecosystem (BigQuery, Airflow, Python, Metabase) to provide leadership with insights into our loan portfolio and overall health of the business. Collaboration with underwriting and collections is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a matching quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of analytics experience in fintech, banking, or related fields.
• Experience building intuitive UI reports in Metabase, Looker Studio, and Spreadsheet.

Responsabilités

• Design, scale, and maintain executive dashboards to track performance, risks, and revenue targets.
• Serve as analytics touchpoint for management and translate pipelines into clear summaries.
• Map internal workflows with business operations and lending teams and translate requirements into data schemas.
• Maintain standard definitions for business metrics across departments.
• Conduct data investigations to detect and reconcile reporting mismatches.
• Build and automate reporting workflows using Apps Script/JavaScript and Airflow scheduling.
