Job summary

SC Johnson Indonesia is seeking a role that connects the Voice of Customer with SC Johnson Commercial, Customer Fulfillment, Demand and Supply Planning, and Logistics to drive growth and deliver a superior customer experience.

The role balances in-stock and service with inventory and cost, provides data-based recommendations, leads exception management, and coordinates cross-functional actions across forecasts, promotions, and supply chain improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably SCM or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, 3PL management, logistics or supply chain.
• Familiar with Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, etc.).
• Experience with Lean practices and project management.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into customer/market supply chain strategies across collaboration, service, cost and complexity.
• Lead CPFR and joint planning with Commercial and customers.
• Align demand, forecasts, replenishment, inventory and service metrics; drive improvements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement recovery plans with cross-functional teams.
