Job summary

PT ITSEC Asia Tbk in Jakarta seeks a skilled Campaign and Content Strategist to translate brand pillars into executable campaigns for product launches and corporate initiatives. The role requires strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, plus hands-on creation across channels.

You will own the editorial calendar, develop messaging frameworks, brief design and digital teams, and draft executive content for review by the Head of Communications, while monitoring performance to refine strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in campaign strategy, content strategy, brand storytelling, or related marketing/communications.
• Agency-side or in-house B2B experience in tech, cybersecurity, financial services, or telco preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Campaign strategy: develop concepts and strategy decks for product launches and corporate initiatives.
• Messaging frameworks: build consistent language and positioning across channels.
• Editorial planning: own the editorial calendar across owned channels with the team.
• Cross-functional briefing: translate strategy into clear creative briefs for design, digital, and multimedia teams.
• Executive content support: draft first-pass content for senior leadership, including LinkedIn and other executive materials for review by Head of Communications.
• Performance awareness: track reach, engagement, and message-consistency, adjusting strategy based on results.
