Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Corporate Event Lead to strategically plan, organize, and execute high-profile corporate events that support business goals and brand image. The role focuses on delivering memorable experiences and stakeholder engagement.

You will manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and ensure on-time, on-spec event delivery with attention to detail and strong communication across internal teams and external partners. Based in Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Mastery of written and oral English.
• Min. 5 years of experience in event planning, corporate events, or a related field; preferable from exhibition companies.
• Proven experience managing event budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective event execution.
• Event Planning and Coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills for securing favorable terms with vendors and suppliers.
• Good on building relationship and wide-related media channels.
• Creative thinking to design engaging and memorable events.
• Attention to detail.
