Job summary

DANA is seeking a Global Corporate Development professional to drive deal execution and investor engagement from Jakarta. You will coordinate corporate finance activities and lead end-to-end M&A initiatives, fundraisings, and financial instrument issuances across internal teams and external banks and lawyers.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial modelling, valuation, and proven experience in fintech/payments/TMT corporate finance roles.

Qualifications

Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with financial modelling.
Experience valuing companies and assessing corporate finance opportunities.
Proven track record in M&A or deal advisory, fintech/payments/TMT preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support corporate finance, corporate development and investor engagement activities.
Lead deal processes for M&A, fundraisings, and financial instrument issuances with internal and external teams.
Perform qualitative analyses (strategy, landscape) and quantitative analyses (financial modelling).
Research competitors, market activity and economic conditions to inform deals.
Prepare financial projections incorporating strategy and market intel for stakeholders.
Prepare disclosures and data requests for shareholders and external parties.
Engage with investment banks, corporate lawyers and potential investors during deals.
