Job summary

Moladin, Indonesia’s leading mobility fintech platform, seeks a Corporate Finance Senior Analyst/Associate to act as the analytical engine room for deal workstreams in Jakarta. You will interact with executives and stakeholders, ensuring accurate financial filtering and program management for diligence and covenant reporting.

The role requires 1–4 years in Big 4, corporate finance, or FP&A, a strong accounting base, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Big 4, Corporate Finance, or FP&A in a growth-stage company.
• Strong accounting and numerical foundation with advanced Excel; Power BI or SQL is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.5 from a top university.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in managing bank requests would be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across teams under deal timelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary analytical filter on due diligence and information requests, pressure-testing responses and data from local finance and operations teams before anything goes to lenders or investors.
• Program manage and organise transaction outreach / update materials, dataroom, and covenant reporting.
• Reconcile and stress-test monthly management accounts across revenue, credit, and interest costs, as well as covenant headroom.
