The role demands 7+ years of PM experience, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PM tools.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in project management, focusing on large-scale enterprise projects.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Align enterprise-level projects with organizational goals, strategies, and KPIs.
Monitor KPIs and promptly escalate issues that could hinder target achievement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to track KPIs, identify root causes and devise solutions.
Plan, execute, and deliver enterprise-level projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Diligently track project progress and milestones for timely delivery and goal adherence.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and serve as a channel for team issues to management.
Provide periodic reports on company KPIs and enterprise project portfolios to executives.
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Regularly review and refine processes to promote more effective collaboration.
