Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Law or Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial contract management, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
• Experience in tender management, contract negotiation, and contractor performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop contractor pre-qualification frameworks and manage end-to-end tender processes.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize complex construction and supply agreements in line with timelines and budgets.
• Lead contract evaluations, awards and resolve disputes proactively.
• Ensure all agreements conform to mining regulations, labor standards and health/safety codes.
• Prepare reports on contract status and contractor performance; liaise with internal teams and contractors.
