Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for the country for Paints and Coatings with a team of procurement specialists.
• Execute local sourcing strategy and interface with local business, suppliers and sites.
• Drive local change management and continuous improvement, targeting QDCIS milestones.
• Deliver PR/NPR savings in coordination with sourcing team.
• Manage tail-spend and supplier performance locally.
• Contribute to regional/global sourcing strategies with local requirements.
