The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in Medical Affairs and strong clinical knowledge. Candidates should be a Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, or hold a PhD. A collaborative spirit and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Partnerships, or Scientific Engagement roles.
• Experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industry strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical and scientific knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Transform engagement with the medical community into long-term clinical partnerships.
• Identify and develop relationships with National and Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Drive non-promotional scientific exchange with clinicians and healthcare institutions.
• Support investigator-initiated studies and evidence generation strategies.
• Act as the medical bridge across function teams.
