Role Summary

The Clinical Partnership Manager is responsible for transforming the organization’s engagement with the medical community from a traditional vendor–customer relationship into long‑term, value‑based clinical partnerships. This role leads scientific exchange, clinical engagement, and medical strategy execution with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital executives, and medical societies. The objective is to drive clinical adoption, guideline inclusion, and sustainable market shaping while serving as a medical bridge between clinical credibility and commercial execution, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Strategic KOL & Stakeholder Management

  • Transition KOLs from users to clinical advocates, speakers, and strategic partners.
  • Partner with leading hospitals to establish Centers of Excellence and structured training platforms.
  • Lead scientific engagement with medical societies and professional associations, including contribution to guideline discussions.
Scientific Exchange & Market Shaping
  • Drive non‑promotional scientific exchange with clinicians and healthcare institutions.
  • Support disease‑state education and therapy awareness ahead of new product launches.
  • Provide high‑level clinical input and consultancy for complex cases requiring advanced scientific expertise.
  • Position the organization as a long‑term clinical and scientific partner rather than a product supplier.
Evidence Generation & Medical Strategy Support
  • Support investigator‑initiated studies (IIS), registries, and real‑world evidence initiatives.
  • Identify gaps in local clinical evidence and drive data‑generation strategies.
  • Support scientific publications, white papers, and medical communications.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Governance
