Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia is seeking a procurement leader to develop and execute category strategies for direct spend, lead tenders and negotiations, and manage supplier relationships. The role focuses on aligning procurement activity with business goals, mitigating risks, and delivering value across the supply chain.

You will drive strategic sourcing practices, support budgeting processes, and collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent category approaches across the CEPG

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce or related field is required.
• 3+ years of procurement or category management experience in regional/global settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with strategic sourcing practices and procurement lifecycle.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational benefits.
• Experience in supplier risk identification and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for direct spend (raw materials, packaging) and align with business needs and risk mitigation.
• Lead tenders and negotiations, ensure alignment with global sourcing initiatives and stakeholder needs.
• Implement best practices across the procurement lifecycle and leverage technology.
• Support delivery of annual strategic, operating and budgeting processes across your tower.
• Manage supplier relationships, track performance, and drive sustainability in supply chains.
• Identify and mitigate third-party supply risks and ensure compliant contractual management.
