Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia is seeking a Capital Projects Manager to lead key capital projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence across Indonesian sites. The role requires an engineering degree and strong project management skills, with experience in multi-site delivery, vendor management, and CAPEX governance.

This fixed-term position initially spans 2 years to align with the project delivery timeline and drive reliable infrastructure for our beverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Experience managing capital projects in manufacturing, FMCG, utilities, engineering, or supply chain.
• Strong PM skills: planning, execution, cost control, risk management, close-out.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Knowledge of utilities, water treatment, electrical infrastructure, or MHE projects is advantageous.
• Ability to oversee multi-site project delivery across Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with CAPEX governance, asset handover and capitalization processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project activities with planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
• Oversee full delivery lifecycle of capital projects meeting objectives and investment criteria.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to drive collaboration and execution.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and risks; manage changes proactively.
• Ensure activities meet safety, quality and regulatory standards with thorough documentation.
• Oversee commissioning, handover and lessons-learned documentation.
