Job summary

C Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) Indonesia is seeking a Capital Projects Manager to deliver key capital projects safely, on time and within budget across Indonesian sites. The role is fixed-term for 2 years, aligned with project delivery timelines.

The incumbent will lead end-to-end project activities, coordinate internal teams and external partners, monitor budgets and risks, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing capital projects.
• Experience in planning, execution, cost control and close-out.
• Ability to manage contractors and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CAPEX governance, asset handover and capitalization processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project activities with governance alignment.
• Oversee full delivery lifecycle of capital projects (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning).
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and risks to maintain financial discipline.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance with proper documentation.
• Manage commissioning, handover and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
