Job summary

Gushcloud Indonesia is seeking an experienced Account Manager to be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, translating briefs into actionable campaign plans and coordinating across teams for end-to-end delivery.

You will develop strategies, prepare proposals and budgets, track KPIs, and provide recommendations based on performance and market trends. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of account management, strategic planning, or integrated campaign management.
• Experience managing clients and campaigns from brief to evaluation.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media, PR, and paid media.
• Excellent presentation and communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships as the main day-to-day contact and understand client business, audience, market, and priorities.
• Develop campaign strategies translating briefs and business challenges into clear, measurable plans.
• Prepare campaign materials including briefs, proposals, timelines, budgets, and measurement frameworks.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on performance, trends, and opportunities.
• Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams, partners, talents, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth project delivery by managing timelines, quality, budgets, scope, and expectations.
• Manage commercial aspects including quotations, budgets, revenue, costs, profitability, and upsells.
• Track campaign performance by setting KPIs, analyzing results, and deriving insights for optimization.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to delivery, financial, or reputational risks.
• Maintain project documentation including briefs, meeting notes, timelines, budgets, approvals, and evaluations.
• Stay updated on industry trends across social media, influencer marketing, consumer culture, sports, lifestyle, and integrated marketing.
