• Identify, sourcing, and select reliable suppliers based on the materials and services requirement.
• Prepare and process purchase request and purchase orders.
• Negotiate prices, terms and conditions to achieve optimal benefit for the company.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services in accordance to project timeline.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortage.
• Uphold strict compliance with our procurement policies and procedures.
• Oversee warranty claims process to maintain service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for audit purposes.
