Job summary

Indofood Group is seeking a Business Analyst to prepare and analyze sales, business performance, and financial reports within our fast-moving consumer goods family.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, and planning, monitor key performance indicators, identify drivers and variances, and present recommendations to the Regional Manager. Collaboration across finance, sales, and supply chain will be essential, as will developing analyses for new markets, products, and distributors.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field, GPA min. 3.00.
• 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, Sales Analysis, or Data Analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with good understanding of financial and business performance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Passionate about working and developing a career in International Business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze sales, business performance, and financial reports.
• Analyze sales and financial data, identify key business drivers and variances, and provide recommendations to Regional Manager.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
• Monitor key business and financial performance indicators, including sales, volume, gross margin, EBITDA, trade spend, A&P spending, AR/DSO, inventory, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop business and financial analysis for new markets, products, customers, distributors, and other business initiatives.
• Monitor trade promotions and marketing investments and evaluate their financial impact and effectiveness.
• Monitor end-to-end supply chain activities and coordinate with Supply Chain on order processing, scheduling, realization, and shipment.
• Support sales and marketing activities, including distributor management, market visits, exhibitions, and ATL/BTL activities.
