Job summary

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (Divisi Bogasari) seeks a senior planning and analytics professional to manage budgets, sales estimates, and market data. You will coordinate with multiple departments to optimize promotional spend and product pricing.

The role requires strong analytical skills, SAP experience, and proficiency in Excel Pivot and Power BI, with English fluency preferred and prior leadership experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a National FMCG company.
• Ability to plan, analyze & monitor data collection, market needs, stock availability, budgeting & monitoring budget usage, and distribution.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with SAP systems.
• Proficient in Excel Advanced (Pivot), Power BI/ SQL/ Database and dashboard development.
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Preferably managing 5+ subordinates.
• Preferably fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage budgets and sales estimates for short, medium and long term sales with other departments.
• Plan and monitor Advertising & Promotion budget usage and activities.
• Analyze, coordinate and monitor data about product market needs, stock levels, marketing expense efficiency, and sales performance.
• Analyze market prices to determine Bogasari's selling price.
• Coordinate data collection and present results to support decision-making and marketing strategy design.
