Job summary

Thales Group in Jakarta seeks a Business Development Manager for Digital and Civil markets to drive growth with national and international partners. You will map opportunities, shape engagement plans, and coordinate with KAMs, country directors, and marketing to win new business.

Fluent Bahasa and English are required; French is a plus. Minimum 7 years in business development within large multinationals; Indonesian market experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development within a large multi-national organization.
• Experience in digital/cybersecurity would be a strong advantage.
• Operational knowledge in Indonesian environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and insight on the account to identify opportunities and growth potential.
• Define and execute the account Engagement Plan with the Account Manager and regional teams.
• Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers/partners.
• Deliver market research, adapted value propositions, and a comprehensive key account plan; produce activity reports.
• Interact with Account Manager, Country Director and Marketing to align on strategy and actions.
