PT Andes Lasea Kreasindo seeks an experienced Account Manager to manage key banking clients and expand our IT solution footprint. You will nurture relationships, understand client IT needs, and drive strategic opportunities within the banking sector.

You will collaborate with pre-sales for tailored proposals, lead negotiations, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and high client satisfaction.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in IT account management.
• Banking sector experience with a strong network among IT decision-makers.
• Deep understanding of banking IT environments and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking clients.
• Identify opportunities to provide value through tailored IT solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to build and present proposals to bank decision-makers.
• Lead negotiations, contract renewals, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
