Job summary

Novo Nordisk Indonesia is seeking a Market Development Manager based in Denpasar to shape strategic partnerships in the aesthetic sector across Indonesia and beyond. You will lead opportunity scouting, negotiations, and contracting, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Legal, and Finance, and ensure post-deal value delivery with clear KPIs.

The role requires a bachelor’s in business/marketing/science with 5+ years in aesthetics, strong negotiation, and willingness to travel across Bali,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field; master's is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the aesthetic business with an established network.
Proven ability in area management, KOL management, project management, and business negotiation.
Experience with healthcare decision-makers and compliance-aware processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; English fluency required.
Willingness to travel within Bali, Nusa Tenggara, and Sulawesi with cross-functional teams.
