Job summary

CNBC Indonesia is seeking an Account Executive to connect client needs with tailored media solutions across TV, digital, and branded content. You will acquire new business, nurture relationships, and drive revenue by understanding objectives and delivering compelling proposals.

Collaborate with creative teams, prepare presentations, manage full sales cycle from planning to closing, and participate in pitches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum GPA 3.00.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, media, advertising, or digital marketing; fresh graduates with strong communication welcome.
• Target-driven with passion for sales and client management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of media trends is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, prospect new business opportunities, and nurture relationships.
• Understand client objectives and deliver customized media solutions (TV, digital, branded content) to meet goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, including price negotiations and deal closing.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and on schedule.
• Prepare sales proposals, client presentations, and regular performance reports.
• Handle full sales cycle from planning to closing with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Participate in pitching sessions, client meetings, and post-sales service.
