Qualifications

• Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, and audience retention.
• Ability to turn raw footage into compelling narratives and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating intentional, well-crafted work.

Responsibilities

• Craft strong hooks and maintain effective pacing throughout the video.
• Develop storytelling structure even when working with limited briefs.
• Add motion graphics, sound design, and basic effects when needed.
• Deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
