• Attract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases in store using the latest visual techniques
• Ensure all new products and advertised products are visible and in the correct locations
• Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their expertise and know-how
• Develop existing team members and encourage progression within the company
• Hold regular training meetings within the store to maintain high standards
