Job summary

Blue Origin Group is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Jakarta with responsibility for end-to-end store operations, staff leadership, and revenue growth. The role requires hands-on management of events, marketing initiatives, and strict adherence to service standards across locations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, 2+ years in store management, strong communication and budgeting skills, and a willingness to travel as needed.

• Over 2 years of experience in store management (amusement park/operation).
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving abilities with resilience.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for store operation and management to ensure smooth daily business.
• Lead store employees to achieve revenue targets and implement marketing strategies.
• Plan and manage amusement activities, assign roles, and train staff.
• Ensure adherence to all operational norms and service quality standards.
• Collect customer feedback, handle complaints and service issues appropriately.
• Willing to travel for business when required.

Job description

Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in management or marketing;

More than 2 years of experience in store management (amusement park, amusement park operation), with basic understanding and implementation experience in sales management, performance improvement, personnel management, and product management of stores;

Having good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong resilience and a desire to take on challenges, and possessing unique insights into management

Strong data sensitivity, proficient in analyzing, budgeting, summarizing, and planning store data;

Placement : Jakarta , with coverage area Kalimantan, Sulawesi

Job responsibilities

Fully responsible for store operation and management, ensuring normal operation, implementing the company's various marketing strategies, and leading store employees to achieve revenue targets

Responsible for the planning and specific implementation management of amusement activities, the division of labor and job training for each position, and continuously improving the professional abilities of employees

Responsible for implementing all operational norms and standards of the store, inspecting and supervising employees to strictly follow the company's service regulations and quality requirements to ensure the safety of the store and customers entering the store

Collect and provide feedback on customer feedback and requests for the store, and handle customer complaints and various issues that arise during service work properly
